SHIPPING
GENERAL
All orders placed by 12pm (Pacific Standard Time) will ship the same day.
Our freight carriers include USPS, UPS and Fedex. Services and standard delivery fees will vary between each carrier. Orders arrive within 2-5 business days in most areas. Need it sooner? Please email us at customizesupplies@gmail.com for expedited shipping.
DELIVERY
Deliveries are made during normal business hours at the address indicated by the user and in the manner specified in the order summary.
Upon delivery, the user must verify the contents specifying any anomalies in the delivery form.
Customize Supplies cannot be held responsible for errors in delivery due to inaccuracies or incompleteness in the completion of the purchase order by the user, for any damage occurring to products after delivery to the carrier company where arranged by the user or for delays in delivery attributable to it.
RETURNS
GENERAL
You are entitled to return your purchase for a refund or exchange the product(s) within 14 days of the date on which you have received the product, provided the product has not been materially used or worn. We are unable to replace or refund any orders brought to our attention after 14 days of confirmed delivery by our carriers.
Returns may be subject to a 20% restock fee plus, return shipping charges if applicable, and original shipping charges covered under our free shipping policy.
Should your order contain a custom-made product, your right to return will expire when the production of your custom-made product has started.
In some instances, we may request a photo or further instructions before exchanging or refunding an order. Just so we know how to make it right!

SALE ITEMS
Only regular priced items may be refunded or exchanged. Sale items are final sale and cannot be refunded in store or by mail unless the items arrive damaged or defective.
